Leadership

Dilip Naik brings over 44 years of experience in the cosmetics and personal care industry, with expertise spanning packaging development, product innovation, operations management, international sourcing, supplier audits, and manufacturing processes. A Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) graduate from the University of Mumbai, he has further specialized in Plastic Technology, Material Management, and Industrial Management. Throughout his career, he has worked with and trained alongside leading global organizations including Revlon USA, Lindal Valves GmbH, FABER-CASTELL Cosmetics, and Polychem Ltd. His professional journey includes leadership and consulting roles with renowned organizations such as Lakmé, Modi Revlon, Fiabila India, Gerresheimer GmbH, Trent Ltd., and Trent Hyper Ltd. Today, through Kossmann, he continues to support beauty and personal care brands by providing strategic guidance in product development, packaging, sourcing, manufacturing partnerships, and business growth.
