KOSSMANN was forunded in 2012 by Mr. Dilip Naik, graduated with a Bachelor of Science(Chemistry) degree from Mumbai University and specialized in plastic technology, material management and industrial management. He has undergone internship and training at organizations like Polychem Ltd, Revlon USA, Lindal Valves GmbH, FABER-CASTELL Gmbh and many more.

Mr. Naik has more than 44 years of experience in cosmetic industry possess multifunctional skills and having expertise in packaging development, operations management, supplier audit, international sourcing and new product development. He is also specialized in cosmetic factory audit and has recently been involved to carry out the factory audit of Honeywell.
